덴마크 본사로 후송한 카메라 대타 포토 바이 오가 얼마전 아주 비싼 카메라 뽀사 묵고 말았다는 소식 전한 적 있다. 수전증 때문인지 콘크리트 바닥에 동댕이 치는 바람에 박살이 났다. 대략 일억 가차이 든 카메라니 오죽 속이 쓰리겠는가? 한국에선 곤칠 수도 없어 덴마크 본사로 벵기 타고 긴급 후송되어 소생술에 들어갔다. 그 사이 임시로 사용하라고 온 같은 기종 카메라다. 수리 완료할 때까지 이걸 사용하란다. 그의 좋은 카메라에 의지해 우리는 잊을 수 없는 추억들을 쌓았다. 수리비가 좀 많이 나온 모양이다. 2019. 6. 22.

An Early Summer Day of Gyeongju 경주 시내 북쪽을 관통한다 해서 북천北川이라 일컫는 알천閼川 둑방으로 넘실대는 초여름 꽃 우로 해가 뜬다. 가만 낙조인가? 저 생김새 보아하니 토함산 비스무리하니 일출인가? 일출 일몰인가가 중요한가? 상념이 중요하지 어느 하나 버릴 것 없는 데가 경주라는 말 나는 여러번 했다. 예서 관건은 경주가 이리 되기까지의 과정이다. 버리고 싶은 것이 부지기였던 그런 경주. 그것을 쳐낸 지난한 과정이 오늘의 힘이었다. 경관은 가꾸는 것이지 자연히 주어지는 그 무엇이 아니다. 곤쳐야 한다. 끊임없이 뜯어곤쳐야 한다. 둑방이 필요하면 맹글고보가 있어야 하면 강을 막고꽃이 필요하면 심카야 한다.
