BLACKPINK stages enthusiastic performances at 'Hyde Park Festival'

 

K-pop super girl group BLACKPINK successfully completed the "Hyde Park British Summer Time Festival" (hereinafter referred to as "Hyde Park") held in London on the 2nd (local time). 

Following the U.S. "Coachella" in April, it took the stage as the first K-pop artist headliner at the UK's top music festival, the home of pop. 


Hyde Park is a festival enjoyed by world-class pop stars and music fans regardless of genres such as rock, hip-hop, electronic, and R&B. 

 

BLACKPINK attracted 65,000 viewers (based on the BBC tally) and sold out, realizing its wide popularity and strong ticket power. 

On this day, the band opened the door with "Pink Venom," "How You Like That," and "Pretty Save." It then performed an overwhelming live performance with intense band sounds for 90 minutes, from a hit song medley to a solo stage that maximizes the charm of four people and four colors. 

 

The group is conducting the largest world tour of K-pop girl groups, 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK]', which attracts about 1.5 million people.  

After an encore performance in Paris, France, on the 15th (local time), it will move to Hanoi, Vietnam, New Jersey, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles in the U.S.
