SPECIAL EXHIBITION
BLOOMING HWAROT : Bridal RobeS Of ThE JOSEON ROYAl COURT
Period: September 15, 2023 to December 13, 2023
The National Palace Museum, run by the Cultural Heritage Administration of South Korea, will be hosting a special exhibition featuring Hwarot [활옷], the wedding robes of the Joseon royal family.
The exhibition is the swan song at the museum by Kim Chung-bae, director of the museum's exhibition and public relations department.
The day after the opening, his three-year term ends.
We will forever remember his many dedication to the development of the museum during his tenure, and wish him best regards.
