그리스 도자기 Greek ceramics 와 그 파생품들 offshoots 은 실제 사용 가능하다는 점에 특징이 있다. 하지만 뚜껑을 몸체에 고정한 이 꽃병은 순전히 상징 기능을 한다.
이 도기는 시칠리아 센츄리페 유적 site of Centuripe 과 관련한 조각에 속한다. 이곳 도기는 정교하고 섬세하게 응용된 장식과 굽고 나서 그린 다색화 polychromy 가 특징이다.
신부가 들러리들한테 둘러싸인 장면을 포착한다. 꽃병은 무덤에 들어갔다.
