濟州新昌里海域で中世の中国大碇石...第2の新安船？ この間済州新昌里近くの海底発掘着手を発表した国立海洋文化財研究所と国立済州博物館が調査の成果を発表したので、長さ3.1mに達する古代中国の船舶の大型碇石1点に加え、北宋時代の中国のコイン6点と南宋時代の磁器1千点を確保したというものである。 これは言うまでもなく、この海域に南宋時代の中国貿易船が難破しているという証拠だ。 今回持ち上げ碇石が中国製であり、なお、その周辺で発見された硬貨が景德元寶、熙寧元寶、宣和通寶など北宋時代（960~1127）のコインであるという点で、この難破船の国籍が南宋時代がはないかという期待感を醸し出す。 元代沈没船の新安船より約100年ほど早い時期に属すると思われる。 今回発掘された碇石は二つに分割さ発見され、全体的に長い菱形で中央部が肉厚で両端に行くほど細くなる形状である。すべての面を平らに整えたが、自然石の一部だけを整えて使用した韓国の伝統的な碇石とは異な.. 2020. 11. 24.
