Bier Procession

장지로 향하는 상여 행렬을 그린 그림으로, 명정銘旌과 공포功布, 만장輓章, 요여腰轝, 운삽雲翣과 아삽亞翣, 상여喪轝, 상주, 빈객 순이다.

명정에는 '학생모본모공지구學生某本某公之柩', 만장에는 두보杜甫(712~770)와 백낙천白樂天(772~846)의 시 구절 등을 적어두었다.

People and procession objects are sequentially depicted, induding myeongjeong (a funeral banner), gongpo (a hemp cloth banner), yoyeo (funeral elegy), wunsab (signs carried at the front and back of the funeral procession), asab (a ritual tool), sangyeo (bier), sangju (family of the deceased), and bingaek (funeral guests).

On the myeongjeong, the characters are inscribed, and there are phrases from poems of Du Fu (712-770) and Bai Juyi (772-846) on the manjang.
