사비성, 누구나 다 안다지만 아무도 하지 않고 그래서 못한 이야기 "(부여) 나성 안에서는 현재까지 백제 시대 무덤이 발견되지 않는 것으로 보아, 무덤은 반드시 나성 바깥에다가 만들도록 하는 백제시대 법률이 있었음을 짐작할 수 있다." 어느 잡지 문화유산 내 글에다가 집어넣은 구절이거니와, 나는 이 주장을 대략 15년 전쯤 이래 줄곧 했다. 물론 그 전에도 그런 주장이 있었는지 모르지만, 이후 나는 부여 나성 안에서 백제시대 무덤이 나올지 말지를 계속 주시하는 중이거니와 이후에도 없다고 안다. 왜 이런 현상이 빚어졌는가? 이장移葬이다. 적어도 부여가 왕성으로 확정 공포되면서 그 시행령에는 나성 안 무덤은 이장하라는 명령이 있었다. 예서 관건은 나성 축조 이전에 있었다가 빠져나간 백제 무덤 흔적이다. 일시에 빠져나간 무덤들은 예외가 있겠지만 거의가 동나성 바깥으로 탈출했.. 2023. 4. 20.
