반응형 문화재현장2212 해방 이후 건축물이 문화재 되었다 해서 걸린 환영 플랭카드 한양대병원에 문상할 일이 있어 지하철로 내리니 이 대학 안방을 안내한다. 뭔가 플랭카드가 걸렸는데 지금은 한양대역사관으로 쓰는 저 한양대 옛 본관이 문화재 제751호인가로 지정되어 기쁘다는 내용이었다. 플랭카드엔 문화재 지정이라 했지만 근대유산을 주된 대상으로 삼는 문화재는 지정이 아니라 등록이란 점에서 작은 티가 보인다. 혹 모를 일이다. 그걸 알면서도 저리 썼는지는. 나는 두 가지 정도를 의미있게 본다. 첫째 해방 이후 건축물이 마침내 문화재가 되는 시대다. 아마 저 시대 건축물 중엔 경희대 본관도 있는데 것도 문화재 아닌가 한다. 둘째 문화재 등록 혹은 지정이 환영받는 시대다. 연세대 출입하던 20여년전 이야기다. 학교 보직자들이 틈만 나면 본관을 투덜하기를 이게 문화재(사적)라 못질 하나 우리 맘.. 2019. 6. 27.
